River City Baptist Church is an Independent Baptist Church.  We are a group of believers who are doing nothing more than trying to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a world that is without hope, dead in tresspasses and in sins.

River City Baptist Church opened it's doors on October 5, 2008 for the very first service.  Since then, God has brought many new families our way to help us help Christ build His church.  

Since the church is still quite young, there's not much of a history to tell you about as far as building projects, different meeting places, etc...  But, what we can tell you about is our future!  We are a church that has a strong desire to move forward for God!  There are goals yet to be met; there are souls yet to be saved; there are lives yet to be changed!  And with God as our Captain, we will sail o'er the stormy seas of life, living each day in His will, the best we know how!

We ask...we covet your prayers!  We know that nothing...and we mean NOTHING can be done for God apart from the mighty power of the Holy Spirit continually leading and guiding.  We know that we need Him, and we know that we need prayer!
